Nancy Greger, Director of Risk Management

Nancy joined Premier Financial Services as Portfolio Manager. Because of her talent for balancing the customer’s need with Premier’s risktolerance, she quickly ascended to the position of Director of Risk Management. Nancy’s leadership ability, perseverance and keen analytical skills are the components that made her the obvious choice for this important role at PFS.

As Director of Risk Management, Nancy’s focus is on PFS underwriting and compliance, developing policies and procedures that identify potential risk. "Fraud prevention is a necessary precaution", says Nancy, "making certain that we get the facts, asking the right questions not only to protect Premier, but to protect our customers as well."

Throughout her impressive 18-year career, Nancy has learned how to work effectively with customers. She believes respect for a customer is primary, striving to ensure they understand the procedure at every level. By prioritizing both the customer's requirements and the company’s risk, she creates a win-win situation.

On a personal level, Nancy's life has few dull moments. She is PFS's very own in-house celebrity, making her television debut on the Food Network where she appeared in the show Calorie Commando. "My closet passion is cooking," she admitted. "If I hadn’t started working in the financial field, I would have been off to Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Rhode Island." Her coworkers attest to her culinary skill as she often shares her inspired cooking creations with the staff at PFS. There is no risk when sampling one of Nancy's dishes, everything is delicious.
