Kim's Perspective:

Kim sharpened her sales skills moving through the ranks in the Portfolio and Sales Support departments. The fast-paced sales environment at PFS is in perfect complement to her ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Kim’s skill in fostering an environment of cooperation within the sales team helps them respond to the needs of Premier’s customers with deliberation and speed.
Making sure Sales Support is running smoothly is an important goal for Kim. Developing her staff is a key focus, insuring that everyone is on track by providing them with the tools they need to deliver the superior level of service that Premier’s customers have come to expect. Kim prides herself on being able to balance the demands of the department with the needs of her customers, making sure each deal comes to a successful conclusion. “I like being in a department where I feel I can make an immediate contribution to the growth of PFS”, says Kim. “ Premier is
the leader in the industry, and I feel honored to be a part of it”.
When not keeping the Sales Support Team engine finely tuned, Kim enjoys spending time cooking, eating and conversing with her family. Having recently moved into her first home, she is perfecting favorite recipes in her new kitchen in anticipation of hosting many events. “I think running an efficient department is a lot like cooking, it takes the right ingredients, careful measurement, attention to timing, and a little creativity to achieve results that are satisfying for everyone.”
